If you wish to change or cancel an order after is has been made, please email our office immediately at mary@williamlinville.com. We will attempt to make any changes requested before the order is processed; however, depending on when the changes or cancellation request is received, we may not be able to intercept or make changes to the order before it has been processed. In the case that the change request is received after the order has been processed, the customer is responsible for any additional costs which may be incurred due to changes, including but not limited to return shipping fees.
